Old, leaking or cold radiators swapped like-for-like — drained down, the new radiator hung and connected, then refilled, bled and balanced, with thermostatic valves (TRVs) fitted if you want them. I believe in being straight about scope so you always know who to call for what. I handle the general, non-gas plumbing above. A few jobs, by law or for safety, need a registered specialist:

Gas and boiler work — boilers, gas pipework and gas appliances must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer. I don’t touch these, and I’ll recommend someone who can.
Unvented hot water cylinders — these require a specific (G3) qualification to work on.
